I called Lehmer’s to inquire about a 2025 GMC Sierra EV I had seen online and spoke to Darrell Joyner. He confirmed that they had the model in the color I was looking for and arrange an appointment to come in and drive it. Long story short we ended up purchasing the vehicle the same day. Darrell was wonderful to work with along with the finance and management team. It’s going be a while before we buy another new car but I will buy it from Lehmer’s and I will recommend the dealership and Darrell to any of my friends and family looking for a new car. I had an appointment at 10:30 for service and also for an inspection well first at the time of my appointment costumer service was really bad, then after 3 hrs and 30 min. of waiting I asked how long more do I need to wait an the rude lady told me that they haven’t started working on my car and she said that if I want they can do the service but not the inspection otherwise I will have to wait longer but she couldn’t tell me how long. after almos 5 hour of waiting they finally gave me my car of course without the inspection. Since I bought two of my car in this dealership I always like to come here to get their service even the car that my daughter bought on another dealer and having free service over there we also bring it here but after this bad experience I made an appointment on another dealership sadly because service and customer service should be upgrade not the other way around.

300 to CHECK electrical issues that SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING!! Our vehicle has less than 75k miles, bought brand new from YOU. Shocks are completely out and we can't even get a quote to fix without spending another $150... You should stand by the vehicles you sell. At leads diagnose things that Z should not be HAPPENING this early!! Very unhappy from the start and still unhappy with lehmer s and gmc as a whole... 100k piece of junk!

It's pretty sad that I cannot have my weels rotated with your dealership anymore, because i have lost trust with whoever rotated them the time before. I had a flat tire and couldn't break the lugnuts free, had to use a 2ft long cheater and jump on it to break them free. Way over tight over specs of 140 to 160 psi. Your service advisor could only say oh!! So I guess i get charged the same price without rotation as I would with. Not happy at all.

I'm very disappointed. I bought a 70,000.00 vehicle brand new in 2019. I have had 3 fairly major issues with the truck the last being a cracked transmission pan which after doing some research comes usually from 4 wheel driving which I have never done. My truck was supposed to be there for 1 day but ended up being there 3 days. When I got my truck back the oil light came on. I was told that it just needed to be re-set. I came back had the re-set done and then the light came on again. I had to come back again only to find out they never added any oil. Lastly after all of that and spending 1,500.00 I thought that they would have at least put the truck through the car wash but no. I do not feel like a valued customer. I bought a brand new truck from you and have had all of my service done through you and to be treated like that is not good

This place lives up to the 'slimy dealership' reputation. From the sales person who was clearly only interested in selling the car, to the negotiator that wouldn't even speak to me directly- I would never be a repeat customer. The icing on the cake was that they couldn't even through in free floor mats despite buying a $104k car in cash. Take your business elsewhere.

My truck needed an oil change and to have the infotainment system “recalibrated” according to the error message that occurred as a result of my battery dying. I changed the battery before bringing the truck in. The recalibration seemed to stump the team for a couple of days before suggesting a diagnostic process they needed to charge for. At one point they suggested I take the truck back without the recalibration fixed. We got there, but it wasn’t confidence inspiring.

I had great support from Chico Dixon to locate the vehicle at another GMC dealership. He worked with dealership leadership to work out a trade for the truck that I was looking for. It took a few days and they were able to work out the details. Chico kept me up to date each day as to the progress until it was fully completed. In addition, he worked to also get me a good deal on my trade. Chico was so kind, friendly and up front about everything. I would recommend Chico and Lehmer's to anyone looking for a new GMC.

I brought my 2025 GMC Canyon in due to a major whistling noise when driving at freeway speeds and the first service, in the end it turned out to be the windshield which was ordered. I made the appointment to get it replaced and asked for a loaner, which none were available on the day i arrived, not even rentals so i ended up waiting 5 hours at the dealership for the vehicle. I also was informed the visor tint on the defective windshield that I had installed would not be reimbursable. I love the truck however.

Always experience great service when taking my truck here. I feel we've built a good relationship purchasing here and continue to service my truck here. Did experience an inconvenience issue with regards to a recall and no error codes. I scheduled an appointment online to address it, but when I drove in there was no recall attached to my truck. I drive from SF to Concord to get it serviced so when its for nothing, it impacts my schedule.
